A Miami native and lifetime resident, Joshua Kaufman is a multi-industry entrepreneur with a talent for pairing a wide scope of businesses and clientele with real estate that complements their particular needs. He handles an expansive breadth of dealings both locally and statewide, working with developers, investors, and individual home buyers on a variety of commercial, residential, and land transactions. Having grown up immersed in a family construction and real estate business, Joshua gained hands-on experience as a field carpenter and later as a project manager. This formative knowledge provided Joshua the foundation to properly navigate his clients’ needs which has made him a specialist at sourcing land opportunities for builders and developers and various users and industries. Joshua's reach is all-encompassing. In addition to land deals, he also works with buyers and sellers of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums from first time buyers to seasoned real estate investors. Joshua is research-driven at his core, not only through market analysis and data-informed expertise, but also through understanding the personal or business goals of his clients and offering solutions to solve them. Outside of real estate, Joshua is a competitive bowler. His passion for bowling led him to found a bowling management company which was awarded the People’s Pick Award through the Miami Herald Business Plan Challenge. He is involved with his community as a volunteer member of the United Coast Guard Auxiliary and an industry leader in the Builders Association of South Florida. Joshua attended Florida International University, where he obtained a dual degree of Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance and a minor degree in Construction Management.
