Joshua Gerson brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience to Spectrum. A third generation of Los Angeles as well as a third-generation in commercial real estate, he has intimate knowledge of the industry, city, and surrounds. With the main focus on Office/Retail/Industrial sales and leasing, he averages a transaction per week since 1996. He currently resides in Playa del Rey with his wife and four children, is active in his community, coaches soccer, and mentors inner-city youth and veterans in the sport of ocean fishing.
