Joshua Aguilar joined CBRE in January 2012. Since Joining CBRE, Mr. Aguilar has been involved in transactions with Trane/Ingersoll Rand, Caterpillar, McKesson, Amazon, Black & Decker, Visionworks and Home Depot to name a few. He has also performed landlord representation for Prologis, Blackstone Group, Black Creek Group, GLP, Scannell Properties and Dalfen Industrial. Mr. Aguilar currently works as an industrial specialist in both tenant and landlord representation. He excels in lease negotiation, space procurement, relocation management, evaluation of real estate needs and recommending creative solutions and build-to-suit projects. Joshua demonstrates an extensive knowledge of the industrial markets in San Antonio and Laredo, TX. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Aguilar has leased over 12,000,000 SF of space and continues his focus on tenant representation.
