Josh Tammen is a Hospitality specialist in the firm's Phoenix office. As a Senior Managing Director of Investments, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the country. Josh has more than eight years of experience in the real estate industry and has closed over 105 investment real estate transactions valued over $900 Million during his career. In his time at Marcus and Millichap, Josh has received the Rookie of the Year award and was a Sales Recognition Award winner in 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Josh is a member of the National Hospitality Group and the team leader of the Tammen Hotel Group. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business, Finance, and Marketing from Arizona State University and holds a real estate license in Arizona.
