Josh Schmidt

Josh Schmidt has over 20 years’ experience as a Retail Services professional at CBRE specializing in Tenant and Landlord Representation on both the local and national levels. Josh focuses his efforts on the Central Valley up to the Oregon border. In addition to leasing, Josh also assists his clients in the acquisition and distribution of NNN Lease investments. Josh is a member of the CBRE Retail Tenant Services Group for the Pacific Northwest Region, CBRE’s Agency Services Group, ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Josh has completed over 3,000 sale and lease transactions and has consistently delivered a very high level of service by understanding his clients’ needs and guiding them through everchanging market conditions. Josh is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and enjoys golf, basketball, coaching, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
