Josh Parker

The real estate industry is multifaceted from residential, commercial, land, and everything in between. He started in the industry in 2014 as a leasing agent for Colony American Homes, now Invitation Homes, his primary job was to market and show homes in their portfolio in the Atlanta market. It was good exposure for him to learn not only how the market works but also how fast pace the real estate industry is today. In 2016 he left the company to enter to market as an independent agent. Since then his business has grown every year along with the experience he has gained as an agent. For him it's all about getting results through not only current market data and marketing but through providing a customer experience that is pleasing. He wants to aid sellers and buyers through the entire process
