Josh Owens

Josh is Director of Leasing and is responsible for the implementation of the portfolio strategy and asset management functions of all retail assets. Josh began his real estate career in 2012 working in leasing and development for Graham Corporation in Knoxville, TN before joining Ziff in 2014. He has completed over $14 million in lease transactions, including leases with national and regional tenants, such as Five Guy’s Burgers and Fries, Starbucks Coffee Co, and Freddy’s Steakburgers and Frozen Custard. Josh received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from the University of Tennessee. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2012 and completed his CCIM designation in 2022. Outside of work, Josh serves as the Parade Director for the annual Charleston Jazz Crawl for Charity.
