Josh Jones

Josh Jones serves as Director of Real Estate for JDA’s industrial properties. Mr. Jones began his career with JDA in Spartanburg in 1999, opened JDA’s first satellite office in Charleston in 2005, and also spent two years in Florida before returning to JDA’s corporate headquarters in 2013. Mr. Jones has worked with JDA for his entire career, and has been active in the leasing and development of more than 18 million square feet of distribution, e-commerce, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities. In 2004,Mr. Jones earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Jones spent six months abroad at Macquarie University in Australia in 1998 before receiving a B.A. from Davidson College, where he majored in history (with a focus on economics). Mr. Jones currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Spartanburg Economic Futures Group, and serves as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg.
