A graduate of Ryerson University, Josh is a retail specialist with a focus in Leasing and Investment Sales in the Ontario . On the tenant side, Josh has represented national tenants looking for expansion and renewal management across Canada, as well as first-time operators and everyone in between. On the listing side, Josh has represented ownership groups ranging from local, single asset owners to instituational funds. On the investment side of the business, Josh has helped groups secure sites as end-users and investors while also assisting owners to divest assets within their portoflios.
