Josh W. Hall overseas the internal and external management duties of CRE Mobile’s large-office portfolio. Hall coordinates all staff and duties entailed within the property management team, including building and site renovations, tenant build outs, engineer and vendor subcontractors, leasing, renewals and much more. He is charged with supporting management’s efforts in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that will ensure a well-managed and maintained office building. Working personally with his tenants on daily issues and problem solving is how Hall has built his career. A licensed realtor since 2006, Hall brings extensive background in net lease brokerage and tenant/landlord representation. Josh has amassed a large client list that he aggressively continues to build while servicing their office, retail and industrial needs. Josh W. Hall began his real estate career with John Toomey & Company in 2006. Hall over-saw the John Toomey & Company (Downtown Mobile) Office building Portfolio for 9 years. He successfully managed and leased historic office buildings in downtown, such as: The Merchants Plaza, The One Saint Louis Centre, The First National Bank Building (Now-Trustmark), The Waterman Building and many others. In January of 2015 Hall joined NAI Mobile as the Director of Property Management/Commercial Sales and Leasing. Then in 2021, Josh helped the company rebrand to CRE Mobile to provide even better service to his clients.
