Josh Flores

Josh Flores is a Senior Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas. He joined the company in 2009 after spending four years with Staubach Retail. Josh specializes in tenant representation throughout the Southwest and landlord representation in North Texas. He currently advises such tenants as Urban Air Adventure Park, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Relax the Back, Rooms To Go and Marble Slab/Great American Cookies among others. Notable leasing assignments include Glade Parks in Euless, Texas, with developer North Rock Real Estate. Glade Parks is a 194-acre mixed-use development with nearly 800K SF of retail and restaurants. He received his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington. Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf and fishing.
