Josh Dolan

Josh first came to Collingwood in the seventies as a weekend skier with the family. He grew up on the slopes of the Toronto Ski Club and developed a passion for the area that persisted throughout his professional career. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 1995, Josh held executive positions with Liz Claiborne Footwear Canada and BMO Nesbitt Burns in Toronto. In 2004, he moved to the area full time and started his career in real estate, achieving Salesperson status in June 2006 and receiving the Real Estate Broker designation in March 2009. Josh's work experience in banking, investing, mortgages, and construction has shaped his real estate qualifications. Growing up in the area since the seventies, he has seen many changes and developments, making him a top agent whether you are looking to buy or sell.
