I am the owner and Principal Broker of Wiseman Real Estate and Principal owner and Auctioneer of Josh Bodimer Auctioneering. As a graduate of Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate, I knew early in life that I wanted to help people achieve the American Dream of owning a home. I have been an Ohio licensed Real Estate full-time Salesperson since 2004 and a Brokers since 2016. My entire career of Real Estate has been with Wiseman Real Estate. In 2021 I was blessed to have the opportunity to carry on the Wiseman Real Estate name which has been around since 1943. Since 2021 we have been very busy expanding into many markets and opening new locations throughout the region and more than doubling our agent roster to better serve the region's Real Estate needs. We are Deeply Rooted in the communities we serve, and we have many local connections to make the process seamless and smooth for all our clients.
