Josh is the Principal Broker/Auctioneer/Appraiser of ATLAS Real Estate, Auction, & Appraisal Services. Josh has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer in the western Kentucky marketplace with experience in residential, commercial, farm, and personal property sales. His passion for real estate and entrepreneurial spirit has lead to the development of brokerages in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Florida with the intention of creating a nationally recognized brand. He places great emphasis on the development of others and enjoys sharing his depth of knowledge in the industry with those who are eager to grow. With a masters degree in Educational Leadership Josh has placed education at the forefront of his real estate and auction endeavors, holding the coveted CAI (Certifies Auctioneers Institute) designation from the National Auctioneers Association three year program. Josh is a proud member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) KAR (Kentucky Association of Realtors), NAA (National Auctioneers Association), KAA (Kentucky Auctioneers Association), TAA (Tennessee Auctioneers Association), and FAA (Florida Auctioneers Association). Josh enjoys spending his free time traveling, and boating on Lake Barkley with his wife Brooke.
