Joseph Weston

Joseph Weston has been with Maddux and Company since 2012 and an owner/partner in 2018. He is an aggressive young Broker who is quickly becoming one of South Florida’s top commercial realtors under 40. Currently his prime focus has been upscale office/retail and multi-bay warehouse acquisition and leasing, client relocation services and property management. Joseph currently leases and manages over 1,000,000 Sq Ft of Industrial, Office and Retail space throughout South Florida. Joseph also specializes in distressed properties and currently represents several banks in the managing and leasing of their distressed properties across Miami-Dade County area.   His educational background is a B.S. in Management from University of Florida. Joseph is a philanthropist and one of the youngest members of the foundation for Baptist Health Systems. He also currently serves a member of the Baptist Health Systems Foundation Real Estate Committee, as well as West Kendal Baptist Hospital Foundation Board.
