Joseph Sullo joined Staypoint in 2022, where he plays a key role in managing acquisitions, leasing, and asset management across the firm’s portfolio. He focuses on strengthening tenant relationships and expanding Staypoint’s development pipeline, contributing to the firm’s growth in the industrial, retail, office, and multifamily sectors.
