Joseph Stitick

Joseph P. Stitick is President of Investment Property Services, Inc., and IPS Realty Management, Inc. with headquarters in Glendale. The firms provide Brokerage and Asset Management services to owners of Investment, Commercial and Industrial properties. He received his degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University Los Angeles with graduate study specializing in Real Estate at the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Stitick’s reputation in the real estate industry and the growth and success of the company have resulted in numerous requests for him to share his expertise. He has lectured at various civic and social functions, and conducted ongoing sales training for the corporate staff in office leasing, investment sales and exchanges and management of income property. He has been active in Commercial and Investment Real Estate Sales, Development and Management since 1976. From 1978 to 1987 he was associated with Stevenson Dilbeck, then Stevenson Commercial Services as manager of the Commercial-Investment Division and ultimately as a co-owner of the firm. In late 1987 he established Investment Property Services, Inc., to provide continuing personalized real estate services to his clients. He maintains affiliation in numerous civic and professional organizations including; American Commercial Real Estate Association (AIR) both as an Industrial and Commercial member, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition to his involvement in real estate, Mr. Stitick is active in community affairs and in serving as a member of community organizations. He is past President of the Verdugo Club, prior member of the City of Glendale first Design Review Board, Executive Committee of the Verdugo Hills Boy Scout Council and current member of the Glendale Adventist Hospital Advisory Board, Salvation Army Advisory and Executive Boards, former President of The Starlight Mesa Homeowners Association. Mr. Stitick is a member of the Oakmont Country Club and resides in the city of La Canada-Flintridge with his wife Juli and their three children. His leisure time pursuits include; Helicopter skiing, golf, bicycling, running, tennis, reading and family activities.
