Joe was born in Cincinnati, OH and raised in Covington, KY. Joe has been a lifelong Covington resident. He attended Northern Kentucky University earning a B.S. in Construction Management. Joe is a true entrepreneur, starting Sparen Construction directly out of college renovating historic homes and apartment buildings. Joe went on to build his own multi-unit real estate business, renovating and preserving several historic properties into luxury apartments. He is a Principal Broker and has been a licensed realtor since 2008 and is deeply committed to the greater Cincinnati community Joe is the CEO of Sparen Realty and resides with his family in Covington, KY.
