Joseph Sebesta

Joseph R. Sebesta is a principal and co-founder of S & P Interests. Joseph has been intricately involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selections, management and development in Houston’s MSA for over a decade after studying at the University of Houston. He specializes in landlord representation, new developments, the gentrification of urban areas, and the disposition of investment grade property. He has earned independent and team recognition for his diligence by receiving Top Producer and COSTAR Power Broker awards. Joseph is a native Houstonian and enjoys spending time on the Gulf Coast with family and friends. His passions include fishing, hunting and competitive sports.
