Joseph Rich

Joseph D. Rich serves as a Vice President of Woodbury Corporation. Since Mr. Rich joined Woodbury Corporation in 1990, he has played a major role in the growth of the company’s portfolio. Mr. Rich is actively involved in development activities such as entitlement, financing, tenant relations, partner relations, and project management. He is a licensed Realtor and has been a member of ICSC since 1994. Mr. Rich graduated with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah.
