Joseph, 'Joe,' Powers has always called Onslow County, North Carolina 'home.' He grew up in Jacksonville, NC, and he is a 1985 graduate of White Oak High School. Having lived and worked in this area for so many years, Joe knows the real estate market in Jacksonville, Sneads Ferry, Topsail and the surrounding areas very well. Currently, Joe and his wife, Lorraine, and their four boys reside in Jacksonville, where they own some investment properties. They have personal experience owning coastal property as well. While he just joined the Treasure team in early 2013, Joe has been buying and selling real estate in the area for over a decade. Joe is quite the hardworking family man. In his spare time, Joe can often be found with his wife, cheering their boys on at soccer games. Of course, the family enjoys playing on Topsail's beaches in the summertime, and they also like to bike and hike together.
