Joseph Pierik is a Vice President with Lee and Associates Riverside, specializing in Office tenant representation across the Inland Empire. He is a member of the one of the top office leasing teams in the Region consisting of Tom Pierik, Andrew Peake, and Rich Erickson. Joe’s focus is finding workspace solutions for his clients in the Corona, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ontario markets while also having experience in the Desert market. He enjoys the personal connection he’s established with his clients and putting their real estate business needs first. Leveraging his team’s 60+ years of experience, Joe finds ways to provide value for his clients using market knowledge, negotiation, and an ability to broker each transaction. During his short tenure at Lee, Joe has completed numerous lease transactions saving his clients’ money and time. He is an authentic, hardworking young broker that looks to leverage his team’s thirty years of experience in helping people find quality office space. Joe previously was a placekicker for Cornell University’s football team and played all four years while attending the school. He is a native to the Inland Empire growing up in Corona and attending school in Riverside.
