Joseph Lopresti

Mr. Lopresti’s extensive knowledge of the Long Island real estate market spans more than 15 years. Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, Mr. Lopresti has facilitated more than 200 deals, totaling more than 3 million square feet. He previously held an Executive Director position with Concorde Real Estate Company for 9 years, in which he took responsibility for procuring and exclusively representing in excess of 600,000 square feet of landlord agency assignments located in major Long Island office markets. His clientele includes distinguished developers and owners such as Polimeni International, The Kalikow Group, Thurcon Properties and Condeco Development. Mr. Lopresti has represented both local and national tenants throughout Long Island including Verizon, Catholic Health Services, Intercontinental Capital Group, Driven Local, Acosta and Gentiva Health Services to name a few. Mr. Lopresti was named a JLL “Top Achiever” for 2014 and 2016 and was recently promoted to Senior Vice President in July of 2017. Mr. Lopresti graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Marketing. He is a longtime member of the Commercial/Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), which centers on promoting good ethics in the real estate industry. Mr. Lopresti has also been involved in fundraising for the American Heart Association. He has been a contributor to such charities as the Mental Health Association of Nassau County, Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect, Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Nassau County Museum of Art.
