Joseph Kondracke

Joseph Kondracke is an established commercial real estate professional with a wealth of experience and numerous corporate relationships. Throughout his career Joseph has served as exclusive leasing agent for many of Long Island’s class-A properties and has concluded well over 1-million square feet of office leasing transactions. Joseph began his career as an owner’s leasing agent in 1979 with The Minskoff Organization, and subsequently held corporate executive real estate positions with Alexander & Alexander, Shearson Lehman Brothers, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Regular clientele currently include GMAC, Prudential Insurance, Prudential Securities, Metropolitan Life Insurance, N.E.C., and Verizon. Joseph is a native Long Islander and current resident of both Greenlawn and the Hamptons. Joseph received his real estate degree from New York University and is a member of the Commercial Industrial Broker’s Society.
