Joseph Kohn

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Joseph had a solid education, graduating from Yeshiva Kehillath Yaakov and later studying in Israel for a semester. Joseph has a variety of hobbies and a versatile background. He has taught sixth grade, served as a counselor in camp for five summers and drove a school bus. His interests vary from interior designing (he enjoys giving an opinion on colors and shades - just ask!) to playing the violin and soccer. He lives in the Lower Hudson Valley with his wife and four children. Joseph has been in the real estate market for the past four years. During this time, he has gained a deep knowledge of the industry, milking its secrets and learning how to work it to your advantage. Joseph has already completed over 100 transactions and sold 75 homes. Pretty impressive - that is more than $40 million worth of sales! Recently, Joseph heard about a complex commercial real estate venture that others tried but failed to carry across the finish line. He tackled it and was b'ezras Hashem able to successfully complete the deal. That gave him the idea to go into commercial real estate. Joseph has set himself a goal of making $100 million in sales for the year 2022.
