ABOUT
Mr. Hicks was most recently principal of a law firm that stretches back more than 70 years in Spotsylvania County, founded by T. Stokeley Coleman. Eventually James E. Jarrell Jr., and Ronald L. Hicks, joined the firm. As the years progressed, James E. Jarrell III (Coleman’s Grandson), and then Jeh Hicks took over the family law firm. Mr. Hicks earned his J.D. from Sanford University and his B.A. from James Madison University. He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2001. Jeh joins the family firm to work alongside his father Ronald L. Hicks (Vice-Chairman of JPI)
