Joseph Ferguson is a real estate investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap's National Hospitality Group based in the Minneapolis office. The Minneapolis hospitality team supports the five-state area as a resource and trusted advisor. Joseph focuses specifically on the acquisition and disposition of hospitality properties within the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Joseph transitioned to brokerage after 16 years of honorable service with the U.S. Marine Corps. His leadership experience and determination have quickly added value to his clients with his thorough understanding of market conditions, capital markets, and economic trends affecting the Hospitality markets. Joseph develops and maintains successful business relationships by fulfilling client needs through extensive research, negotiation, advisory services, and representation in brokerage. His work ethic, drive and attention to detail have fostered relationships that could last a lifetime. Joseph Studied Psychology and Business Management at the University of Arizona Global Campus. Originally from Los Angeles CA. Joseph joined the U.S. Marine Corps, traveling the world and participating in Humanitarian and Combat Operations, including Operation Iraqi Freedom. Joseph's final duty in the U.S. Marine Corps brought him to Minnesota where he would lead Logistics Operations for the Marine Corps Recruiting effort. Inspired by the everyday life in Twin Cities Minnesota, Joseph decided to transition from the military in order to live in the Midwest.
