As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal in the firm, Joe specializes in tenant and landlord representation on a national and regional scale. His professional experience has taken him throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Joe has been a member of the Metro team since 2006 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. His active owner clients are Brixmor, Cedar Realty Trust, Goodman Properties, Kimco, LNR Partners, Post Brothers, Regency Centers and Time Equities. His professional experience has taken him throughout the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Joe is also an active member of the ChainLinks Board of Directors and serves on Drexel’s Presidential Real Estate Advisory Board and Lebow College of Business Real Estate Board. As of December 31, 2020, Joseph has completed over 876 lease and sales transactions with a gross aggregate value over $1.50 billion and 11.950 million square feet in the Mid-Atlantic United States, mainly in Metro Philadelphia.
