Joseph DeSimone

Joseph founded First Federal Realty DeSimone, a full service real estate firm, in 1996. While serving both residential and commercial clients, Joseph developed several office and medical projects in Southern Nevada consisting of over 70 buildings. The projects developed in Southern Nevada include Pecos Commons, Vantage at Horizon Ridge, Horizon Ridge Professional Park, and College Villas Affordable Senior Apartments in Henderson. He also developed Fort Apache Point in Clark County. Joseph holds an MBA in finance and several successful business ventures. He maintains significant business expertise as it relates to acquisition, entitlement, design, development, and equity and debt financing.
