Joseph Crane

Mr. Crane joined IPO with an extensive real estate background, starting with income property acquisitions and is experienced in many different facets of multifamily brokerage & management. After starting his career at a global office & industrial brokerage firm, Joe elected to depart in order to join a highly specialized multifamily brokerage, and IPO was the perfect fit. Since joining IPO he has brokered over nearly 60 transactions reflecting over $125 Million in transactional volume. Clients quickly recognize him as a consummate deal-maker and significant resource to their portfolio. His hard work and direct approach produce impressive results, a must in this result-orientated industry. Prior to making real estate brokerage a full-time career, Mr. Crane spent eight years in the United States Army Reserves and working for the Department of the Army, wherein in developed the discipline and structure that serves his clients well. He attended Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI.
