Joseph Capuano

As a leasing broker with the urban team, I represent Boston landlords as well as a diverse group of tenants, most of which are actively trying to use their real estate as a vehicle to build their brand and attract talent. Working on either side of a real estate transaction, I strive to help create a clear vision of what our clients want and advise them accordingly as to how it can be achieved. Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, I spent 4 years in property management at JLL, where I developed a strong foundation in building operations that has proven invaluable in my role today. I aim to be creative, energetic, and reliable with my clients and am dedicated to finding each of them the very best solution for their unique situation. I enjoy the opportunities and challenges that come from working in one of the most active, yet most stable markets in the world, fed from a world class education pipeline. The competitive atmosphere and overall dynamics of the industry, combined with the collaborative team spirit at Colliers, all contribute to an exciting and supportive work environment where I plan to learn and grow in the years to come. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing ice hockey, golfing, skiing (snow and water), and am an avid follower of all things Boston sports.
