Graduating from ASU with an Urban Development Degree, Jose has 20 years of experience in various facets of real estate. While still a full time undergrad at ASU, Jose was hired by real estate development company MCW holdings and given responsibilities of acquisition, due diligence & historic rehabilitation analysis, development budget analysis, pro forma analysis, marketing, leasing, construction coordination and property management for over 1,000,000 Square feet of mixed use developments in Downtown Tempe which at the time were the first mixed use projects in the state. Jose then continued to follow his passion for urban real estate by creating a commercial division for a Downtown Tempe brokerage company, Urban Realty, before relocating to Downtown Scottsdale to form his own brokerage – OX URBAN PROPERTIES.
