Jose Flefil

Jose Flefil, CCIM is a Senior Director at Morning Calm Management where he is primarily responsible for the leasing of the company’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio. Prior to joining Morning Calm Management, Mr. Flefil leased a large retail and office portfolio in the southeastern United States for a privately held real estate investment and management company. During his career, he has completed and supervised over 900 leasing transactions totaling over 2.7 million square feet with an excess of $300 million in gross revenues.
