Jordan Rieffenberger

Jordan Rieffenberger is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in sales, leasing, development, and property management. Jordan began his career in 2011 as a Property Manager & Leasing Agent with Lloyd Companies, where he managed over 164 units of apartments, including market rate, tax credit, and high-end loft units. Recognized for his expertise, Jordan became a member of the Lloyd Commercial Real Estate and Lloyd Development teams in 2012. Presently, Jordan serves as the Director of Commercial Real Estate & Responsible Broker for the Lloyd Commercial Real Estate Division at Lloyd Companies. In this role, he oversees all licensed real estate brokers and staff members while managing the firm’s operations. As a commercial broker, Jordan is involved in various aspects of the industry, including investment property sales, office and commercial sales/leasing, buyer/tenant representation, land development, build-to-suit opportunities, and site selection. Licensed to sell and lease real estate in South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Nebraska, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients. With a passion for real estate cultivated from a young age, he is dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering successful outcomes for his clients’ commercial real estate needs. Jordan uses his experience, education, and market knowledge to help clients create and preserve long-term wealth through real estate ownership and leasing.
