Jordan Potthoff

Jordan joined Lee & Associates in February 2022. Jordan started in commercial real estate as an intern while in college. She was licensed in 2019 as a broker and began her career specializing in retail leasing. Jordan has worked with a variety of businesses to help find the perfect space for their needs. She also assists Landlords by providing leasing expertise. Jordan offers full-service commercial real estate services in Nebraska and Iowa not only in retail, but office, industrial, investments and multi-family. One of Jordan’s strongest professional skills is her ability to communicate with others. She not only communicates well with her clients, but to all those involved in the transaction process. She enjoys networking with others in the industry, which has led to valued relationships with architects, consulting firms, general contractors, banks and title companies. As a former Women’s Golf Team member and having played in numerous tournaments over the past 20 years, she has gained lifelong skills that show up daily in her career. Her competitive drive, attention to detail and problem solving abilities help her better serve her clients.
