ABOUT

Jordan Phillippi is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Phillippi primarily assists corporate clients with developing strategies to align real estate initiatives with overall business plans. His practice areas include lease negotiations, market research & surveys, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment and location advisory. Mr. Phillippi has over nine years in the commercial real estate industry and has experience in all commercial property types (office, industrial, flex, land). In his current role at JLL, he has contributed to a variety of Pittsburgh-based projects by surveying the market for occupancy alternatives, creating advanced analytical models, and leading the execution of multiple tenant representation assignments. In addition, Mr. Phillippi specializes in portfolio management, healthcare and high-growth tenants. He is currently responsible for over 10 million square feet of transaction management for multiple clients. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Phillippi served as a Transaction Management Coordinator for CBRE. Jordan’s responsibilities included managing portfolio data and brokerage support. Mr. Phillippi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Jordan Phillippi is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
