Jordan began his career in 2004 with a primary focus on owner/user representation but quickly earned a reputation as an expert in representing tenants and buyers and landlords and sellers in ports-centric markets of Northern/Central NJ. Throughout his career, Jordan has completed over 600 transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $1 billion, and frequently is appointed to exclusively represent and market the lease opportunities at the acquired assets.
