Based in Seattle, Jordan has almost 10 years of experience specializing in the sale of development sites and apartment buildings. Over the course of his career, he has transacted over $7 billion in sales. Prior to joining CBRE, Jordan led the Puget Sound development site practice at JLL and he started his career as a Portfolio Manager at Seattle Bank.
