Jordan Gorjian

Jordan Gorjian is the Director of Leasing at Gorjian Acquisitions and serves on its investment board. Jordan oversees leasing for the 75+ commercial properties in the Gorjian Acquisitions portfolio, manages the marketing and filling of vacancies, runs tenant-landlord relations, and spearheads the site selection process for all build-to-suit land acquisitions. Jordan founded Gorjian’s leasing division in 2017. Since then, Gorjian established relationships with a vast number of national brands. He has and continues to help hundreds of local, regional, and national firms identify a property in the Gorjian portfolio. With Jordan at the helm of the leasing division, Gorjian’s national footprint and recognition has grown considerably. Jordan is an active member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and is a Certified GIS/LIS Technologist.
