Jordan Alleva

Jordan Alleva joined Newmark in 2020 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s Roseville, California, office. With a specific focus on automotive and dealership properties, Alleva specializes in the sale and acquisition of single-tenant net leased investment properties and multi-tenant centers on a nationwide basis. With his extensive experience in sale-leasebacks within the automotive and dealership sector, Jordan has been able to act as advisor and implementer to several dealership principals and operators. Alleva earned Rookie of the Year in 2019 and the Pacesetter Award in 2018 at Marcus & Millichap’s Roseville and Reno offices, where he was the top rookie producer. He has demonstrated a significant history of working with corporate, institutional, development, and private clients. His core clients consist of private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists on a national platform. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked as a Senior Analyst conducting research to optimize clients’ portfolios through acquisitions and dispositions. He also has a successful track record with leasing transactions and negotiations for retail, office, and industrial tenants.
