Joni joined Bill Beall Co., Inc. in 2001 and is a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker. She provides a critical component in a small company that specializes in personal service to clients and investors. Joni has developed a special expertise in liaising with City and County government offices regarding site selection and project development issues including but not limited to planning, zoning, rezoning, sign regulations, flood plain and storm water, and property real estate tax issues. She is the Chief Operating Officer of Bill Beall Co. and additionally manages over 750,000 SF of commercial properties. She is acknowledged by long-term clients for her ability to get problems-often complex problems--solved quickly. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Drury University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
