Joni Barnes

Joni Barnes has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience in a variety of responsibilities ranging from acquisition and due diligence analysis to sales and marketing management. At Pinpoint Properties, Ms. Barnes is Director of Sales and Leasing. She performs general brokerage, tenant and landlord representation, and has developed a niche in the area of office & retail condominium sales and leasing. Currently she is serving on the TCREW (Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women) Board of Directors as President. Ms. Barnes is also an active member of TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors), has served twice on the TCAR Board of Directors and was President 2013. Additionally, she was a founding board member of Tacquire, a real-time total access commercial real estate exchange.
