Jonathon Rodriguez

Jonathon Rodriguez (you can call him Jon) is one of Alaska’s top real estate agents specializing in multi-family homes and commercial properties. He bought his first investment property at the age of 19 and since then he has helped hundreds of people buy and sell properties. He lives in Anchorage and put thousands of hours into learning what works best in the Alaska real estate market. Jon isn’t a typical realtor. He purchased his first two investment properties in 2008 and 2009 after returning from serving in Iraq with the United States Army, and decided to turn his passion into a career. He obtained his real estate license in 2010 and his business has been built on word-of-mouth referrals, because what he does works. He now considers himself to be the “anti-sales agent” because he is focused on educating investors, and not just selling properties. When he’s not working, he spends his time enjoying Alaska with his wife and two children.
