Jonathan Willett

Jonathan came to West Coast Commercial Realty from Windermere Services, where he worked for many years for both the Windermere Services Company (Windermere's parent company) and the company's founding principals. During his time at Windermere, he managed real estate offices throughout the Seattle area, as well as handled the leasing, disposition and administration of commercial office buildings and retail shopping centers owned and operated by the principals and other entities throughout the region. At WCCR, Jonathan brings this principal representation background, and his in-depth leasing and sales experience, to a wide-variety of clients, including family partnerships, private investors, national and regional multi-family developers, and non-profit developers. Jonathan's detailed asset management advisory experience, including a background in construction, puts him in a position to provide best-in-class representation to establish long-term value for his client's commercial investment ventures. Jonathan's current portfolio includes grocery-anchored, power and strip centers, neighborhood retail centers, and multi-family sites in prime urban and suburban corridors.
