Jonathan Wellborn joined Avison Young in September 2014 as a Principal. At Avison Young, he is a leader of the DC Agency Leasing practice. Immediately prior to joining Avison Young, Jonathan spent ten years at Cassidy Turley, most recently as a Managing Director focused on landlord Representation in Washington, DC. Throughout his career, Jonathan has helped generate over a billion dollars in lease value for his clients. A Native Washingtonian, Jonathan has worked with local and institutional clients and specializes in leasing, repositioning assets, marketing strategy, letter of intent/lease transactions, investor reporting and financial analysis.
