Jonathan Vogel

In the early years of the company, SOLOMON BUILDERS LLC acquired, repositioned and sold multi-family properties in northern New Jersey. Several years ago Jonathan re-directed the company to new asset classes such as commercial office and retail and consistently found great value-add opportunities. His company’s ability to find targeted sites for specific retail application attracted the interests of several national retailers such as Dollar General and Dollar Tree. This expertise and his teams’ professional approach to project management earned the company a reputation for success in completing projects on time and on budget. Jonathan continues to build his team as the company grows its portfolio of new commercial real estate developments. By creating in-house expertise he is now directing his team towards larger developments in the self-storage arena; primarily in the New York metropolitan area that includes New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jonathan graduated with high honors from Rutgers University and holds a Masters Degree in Education from Ball State University.
