Veteran REALTOR® Jonathan Stilley started his Real Estate career in 1998 after spending nearly 11 years as a manager and Director of Operations for multi-million-dollar restaurants. Wanting to parlay his success in the service and hospitality industry, Jonathan quickly saw a need for a more systems-oriented, analytic approach to Real Estate. After his foray into flipping homes in the late 1990s, he realized that his talents were better spent in sales rather than remodeling. It was, however, an important time in as it was the beginning of a journey to understand completely every facet of Real Estate, from construction to contracting, from buying to reselling, from marketing to contract law.
