Jonathan Sopher

Jonathan was born and raised in the Bronx. He passed his real estate sales licensing exam at the age of 18 years and obtained his broker's license at the age of 22 years. He graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1992 and from NYU with a Master of Science in Real Estate in 1996. He considers himself to be a lifelong learner and always aim to improve his understanding and skills in all aspects of real estate. He is the CEO the Sopher Group, a small real estate investment company where he is involved in the leasing, management, development, sales, and acquisition of commercial and residential real estate. Outside of real estate, his interests include science, environmental conservation, history, travel and participating in the Ironman Triathlon. He started distance running as a kid with his father, a 16-time NYC Marathon veteran and completed in his first triathlon at age 18. Most recently he completed Ironman France in 2017 and Ironman Florida in 2016.
