Jonathan Rosen

As a key member of JLL’s South FL retail services team, Jonathan's retail & restaurant orientated focus allows him to represent both institutional and local Landlords to develop and execute effective leasing strategies. Jonathan also works with national and regional tenants expanding throughout South Florida to strategically secure and negotiate ideal locations for their business’ success. Jonathan’s areas of expertise expand throughout South Florida, with an emphasis on markets including Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, amongst others. His current and past Landlord clients include Related Group, Rockpoint, Morning Calm Management, Tricera Capital, Regal Acquisitions, Crocker Partners, CGI Merchant Group, citizenM Hotels, USAA Real Estate, and more. Jonathan has also worked with tenants such as Red Phone Booth, [solidcore], Ever/Body, Raising Canes, PF Changs, Montce Swim, Sprint, OneMain Financial, USPS, and more to execute leasing strategies, handle lease negotiations, and implement strategic rollouts. He is a native of South Florida and continues to be active in the local community, founding the popular networking group FORE (Future of Real Estate), which targets young professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Jonathan was the youngest Miami retail broker to receive the CoStar Power Broker award in 2018, won the 2020 Connect CRE Next Gen Award, and was recognized by Brickell Magazine as a Top 20 Professional Under 40 in 2021. He served as Co-Chairman of Tomorrow's Leaders for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and won their 2021 Top 40 Under 40 Award and has held numerous fundraisers for the Habitat for Humanity and for the victims of the Stoneman Douglas tragedy.
