Jonathan Putnam

Mr. Putnam has been a real estate professional for the past 29 years, with a concentration in office leasing and sales in Hartford County. He has specialized in tenant representation and the marketing of high quality office projects including The Campus at Greenhill, Goodwin Square, Constitution Plaza and Somerset Square in Glastonbury. Jon has represented companies such as United Technologies, AT&T, Verizon, General Reinsurance, Hewlett Packard, General Electric, and XL Insurance, to name a few. In 2010 he represented Pfizer in the sale of their 750,000 square foot R&D headquarters building in New London, CT. Mr. Putnam is also responsible for some of the largest sale transactions in the Hartford area. These include 140 Garden Street (470,000 square feet); One Commercial Plaza (680,000 square feet) and Metro Center (285,000 square feet). He recently represented UBS Realty in the relocation of their Global Headquarters in downtown Hartford as well as Shipman & Goodwin, one of Hartford's largest law firms for 110,000 square feet.
